The HSFO complex over the past fortnight saw the European HSFO flip from weakness to substantial strength, triggering an already weak E/W to sink even lower. On the other hand, the first half of the past fortnight recorded strength in the VLSFO complex on the back of the drone attacks on Russian oil infrastructure and stronger crude. The following week started quiet but gathered more upward momentum from bullish gasoline and distillate stocks.
